(1) conventional chemical fibers are polyester, polyamide, acrylic, polypropylene and spandex
A. Polyester: high strength, good elastic recovery, resistance. Polyester fabrics wrinkle resistance and good shape retention, straight, size stability, easy to wash and quick drying, is knitted outerwear, sportswear, casual wear and other excellent raw materials.
B. Nylon: high strength, elasticity and fatigue resistance, resistance in all fibers is the best. Moisture absorption is better than polyester and acrylic, shape retention is poor, heat and sunlight resistance is also poor. It is used for knitted outerwear and sportswear, and is mostly treated with elasticity to become elastic deformation yarn.
C. Acrylic: similar to natural wool, with good warmth, known as synthetic wool. Soft touch, good elasticity, sunlight resistance in all the fibers is the best; resistance, moisture absorption is poor; used for cotton sweater pants, fleece pants, etc..
D. Polypropylene: is currently the cheapest synthetic fiber. Its high strength, the lowest thermal conductivity, good warmth, good electrical insulation, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, low manufacturing costs; hygroscopicity is the worst, not easy to produce mold, also known as hygiene fiber; easy to accumulate static electricity. Mostly used in sportswear.
E. Spandex: excellent elasticity, elastic recovery rate of more than 95%. Usually interwoven with other fibers, has a good elastic recovery rate, soft touch, comfortable to wear, suitable for underwear, swimwear and sportswear.
(2) Differential fiber. Differential fiber is a new type of unconventional fibers, mainly shaped fibers, ultrafine fibers, composite fibers, flame-retardant fibers, high hygroscopic fibers, high shrinkage fibers, anti-pilling fibers, anti-static fibers and PBT fibers, etc.. They are characterized by high cleanliness and high water absorption, good bending resistance and hydrophilicity, flame retardant, high moisture absorption, high shrinkage, anti-pilling, anti-static, good elasticity and high dyeing rate and high warmth.
(3) Functional fiber.
